Return Goods Authorization Request

If you would like to return a product for service, you must obtain an RGA reference number first by completing the form below.

When you ship your product back to XS Scuba, please make sure:

1. You remove any personal accessories you want to keep, as XS Scuba will not be responsible for anything sent to us other than the product to be serviced.

2. The RGA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package. Any package sent to XS Scuba without an RGA number on the outside may be refused.
